About Us

Anthony Broadhead

Anthony started Careerfoundations™ following a career in headhunting and the City.

The business began in 2000, using the methods and inspiration of U.S. psychologist and doyen of U.S. business and personal development - Dr Roger Birkman PhD.

Anthony is a certified Senior Birkman® Consultant, mentoring partner and winner of the Silver
Medal in 2007 for the "Dr Roger Birkman Award".*

He is married with three children and two step daughters and has an MA from the University of Oxford. In addition to his work with Careerfoundations™ he undertakes personal and business coaching assignments for personal development and performance maximisation.

Dr Roger Todd

Roger is an expert in workplace behaviour and motivation, who conducts research and consultancy projects for organisations as well as working with individuals.

Since joining Careerfoundations™ he has developed our distinctive approach and is currently engaged in a number of career-related research projects.  He has also given seminars and written articles on a range of topics relating to career choices and workplace motivation.

Roger is also a keen road racing cyclist and is married with 3 children.
